SOFTBANK CORP. started logistics activities at the Tokyo SRC (Sagawa Ryutsu Center).

The Logistics System Dept. of the Software Business Division spun off from SOFTBANK CORP. and was founded as SOFTBANK Logistics Corp.

Aug. 1993

Started using the entire space of the 8th floor of SRC on lease.

Apr. 1994

Opened the Business Center on the 7th floor of SRC.

Mar. 1994

Opened the PC Center on the 3rd floor of SRC.

Sep. 1995

Relocated the PC Center to Takaragumi Warehouse. Business Center operates on the 6th & 7th floors and Business DC on the 3rd floor of SRC respectively.

Relocated the Software Center 2 to Takaragumi Warehouse. Relocated the Business Center to the 3rd floor of SRC.

Oct. 1996

Changed organization to create the Logistics Dept., the Business Planning Dept. and the Administration Dept.

Jul. 1997

Opened the Aomi Center in the Aomi Cargo Distribution Center.

Jan. 1998

Created the SCC Business Division. Located the SCC Business Division on the 3rd floor of Tokyo SRC.

Oct. 1998

Ken Miyauchi assumed office of President and CEO.

Nov. 1998

Changed trade name to SOFTBANK Frameworks Corporation.

Jan. 1999

Relocated business units in SRC to the Aomi Cargo Distribution Center.

May 1999

Consolidated the entire Logistics Division into the Aomi Cargo Distribution Center.

Makoto Kayama assumed office of President and CEO.

Oct. 1999

Software/network business spun off from SOFTBANK CORP. SOFTBANK COMMERCE CORP. was established.

SOFTBANK BB Corp. was established by merging of SOFTBANK COMMERCE CORP. with other three companies.

Obtained 4 types of certifications (i.e. ISO9001 for quality control, PrivacyMark, ISMS (information security management system) and BS7799).

Nov. 2005

Established a joint venture, S&R Express Corp.

Mar. 2006

Obtained ISO14001 certification for environmental management system.

Oct. 2006

Created the C&S Logistics Controlling Div., the Business Services Controlling Div., the BB & Mobile Logistics Controlling Div., and the Corporate Planning Controlling Div. Changed existing organization generally.

Changed organization to create the framework consisting of the Project Coordination Div., the C&S Logistics Controlling Div., the TLS Controlling Div., the BB & Mobile Logistics Controlling Div., the Systems Controlling Div. and the Corporate Planning Controlling Div.
