In 1990, the SOFTBANK Frameworks Corporation was founded as the body responsible for logistics of SOFTBANK Group companies. Since then, taking advantage of our accumulated experience and know-how, we have moved beyond the bounds of the SOFTBANK Group and transformed into a comprehensive logistics service company which offers logistics outsourcing services under consignment contract directly with many peripheral equipment/software manufacturing clients.

To meet expectations of such new customers, we have fortified our system environments mainly utilizing the self-developed WMS (IT-Lives). On another front, we have obtained the ISO9001certificate as a guarantee for quality assurance, as well as the third-party certificates for information security such as the PrivacyMark, ISMS, and BS7799 for properly handling important information of cargo owners.

We will always streamline our workflow to improve work efficiency and to lower costs for achieving better services, and will also address the issues of information security focusing on effectual safety management and continued improvement.

We are aiming to become the No.1 logistics provider in IT industry.
